On February 17, 2026, Autism Sanctuary delivered farm-raised beef to Stock Provisions—Charlottesville’s whole-animal butcher shop at 709 West Main Street.
Stock Provisions sources properly raised animals from well-managed local farms and turns them into custom-cut proteins, sausages, charcuterie, and more. Getting Sanctuary beef onto their counter connects our White Hall pastures to cooks and neighbors downtown who care about where their food comes from.
Our cattle are processed at T&E Meats in Harrisonburg, then portions make their way to partners like Stock Provisions as well as the Crozet Farmers Market and direct buyers. Every delivery is another way the day program’s farm work supports the Sanctuary and the wider local food community.
